Stage depart

Tour de France the greatest race in sport of cycling entered it’s ending phase. 14th stage started today from Saint Pourçain sur Sioule. Stage that is entry to the final part of the race was expected for long time in this place.
In Sky team were very confident despite bad end of the previous stage. « We are confident and we are strong. We had a good stage yesterday except the end so we don’t have a reason to worry, performance is there»- said the Sky team representative.
He also supported the holder of the yellow jersey Chris Froome:«I expect response from Chris. He is focused and won’t back down».
In Omega Pharm Quickstep team were very calm and they just want to do the job. Their representative told to us: « We need to keep our head cool and finish our job as best as we can. Level of professionality needs to be high if we want to perform.» He spoked about their plan in this stage: «We will wait for the right time to attack and if we stay close to the leading pack we can challenge. We will be carefull and wise and we think that if things go our way the result will be there.»
This is the last stage before last part of the race in which final outcome will be known as Contador will chase Froome in the Alps and hope for a mistake of leader.
Saint Pourçain sur Sioule gathered more than 10 000 fans who wanted to see this event and many of them were very cheerful. One of them came from neighbourhood and he was enthusiastic about this event: « I watch the Tour regularly. It’s one of my favourite sporting events, and I am happy to see it live for the first time. It’s a nice chance to see my favourite cyclist Mark Cavendish».
Huge crowd saw off the depart of the 14th Tour stage at 12.30 as it’s first time that this place enjoys this honour.
